At Tarvyn, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help and make the process simple and transparent.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Original packaging and tags are intact
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Worn or washed items

Products returned without original tags/packaging

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the same payment source.

For COD orders, we may request bank details to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective product, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.
